The Method

A Three-Part System.

  • Close-up of pale beige pumpkin seeds piled together.

    Seeds.

    What do you believe?

Excavate your beliefs about yourself, your potential, your community, and the world. During this process, unhelpful beliefs and emotional patterns that shape your perspective often surface. The goal is to take an objective deep dive into your inner seeds and intentionally decide which to remove or nurture.

  • Roots.

    What do you do?

Examine your behaviors, including how you spend your time, energy, and money. During this process, you’ll often notice habits or routines that either support or distract from the life you believe you deserve. The goal is to align your actions with your beliefs, planting strong roots that support intentional growth.

  • Close-up of sliced green okra pods showing seeds inside.

    Fruit.

    What do you want?

Define the outcomes, goals, or experiences you want to bring into your life. During this process, you’ll often realize some of your desires don’t match your current beliefs or actions. The goal is to clarify the fruit you want to produce and ensure it aligns with your seeds and roots.
