Myko Lyric is an interdisciplinary artist and certified wellness coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

As the creator of Intrition, a wellness company teaching sustainable success, Myko leads workshops and coaching program nationwide. Clientele include Howard University & Howard University Hospital, Orange County School of the Arts, The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Debbie Allen Dance Academy, and New York University.

Myko’s artistry flourishes in music, dance, acting, and writing.

In 2026, she independently released her debut album, LIBEROSIS (2026) and a supplemental dance/music video for the lead single, SHOW & TELL; starred in See You, Soon with Isaiah John and Asante Blackk; wrote and recorded for the ABFF Grand Jury-winning Three Colors: Pan African soundtrack; and became an award-winning arts and culture writer for the Los Angeles Sentinel.

Most significantly, she is a lifelong student, on an endless journey to polymathy.
