As the creator of Intrition, Myko leads sessions nationwide, with clients including Howard University & Howard University Hospital, Orange County School of the Arts, The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Debbie Allen Dance Academy, and New York University.

Intrition was developed during Myko’s formative years: patterns of creative paralysis, hustling, eating disorders, imposter syndrome, and injuries. She decided to focus on parts of her life within her control: introspection and nutrition. What began as a coping mechanism evolved into a deeper understanding of what success entails.

Myko’s artistry now spans music, dance, acting, and writing.

She released her most recent song, “BLUE” (2026) available on all distrubution platforms; contributed to film soundtracks, including Tyler Ocasio Holmes’ Meet the Greens (2025), an official selection for the 2026 American Black Film Festival in Miami; performed as a vocalist at Debbie Allen’s HERstory Gala and a dancer with Laurie Sefton Creates; is an arts & culture writer for the Los Angeles Sentinel, and was a finalist in the Los Angeles Press Club's 67th Annual Journalism Awards. She is currently releasing the final single from her debut album.

Most significantly, she is a lifelong student, on an endless journey to polymathy.
