As the creator of Intrition, Myko has leads sessions nationwide, with clients including Howard University & Howard University Hospital , the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Lamar State College - Port Arthur, Debbie Allen Dance Academy, and New York University.

Intrition was developed during Myko’s formative years: patterns of creative paralysis, hustling, eating disorders, low self-esteem, injuries, and burnout. She decided to focus on parts of her life within her control: introspection and nutrition. What began as a coping mechanism evolved into a transformative practice after Myko placed holistic wellness and sustainability at the center.

Myko’s artistry now spans music, dance, acting, and writing.

She released her most recent song, “LIGHTEN YOUR LOAD” (2025), made while studying Carole King’s Tapestry; contributed songs to film soundtracks, including Tyler Ocasio Holmes’ Meet the Greens (2025) starring Bashir Salahuddin; performed as a vocalist at Debbie Allen’s HERstory Gala; a recent dancer with Laurie Sefton Creates; is an arts & culture writer for the Los Angeles Sentinel, and was a finalist in the Los Angeles Press Club's 67th Annual Journalism Awards. She is currently finishing her debut album.

Most significantly, she is a lifelong student, on an endless journey to mastery.
