As the creator of Intrition, Myko leads sessions nationwide, with clients including Howard University & Howard University Hospital , the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Lamar State College - Port Arthur, Debbie Allen Dance Academy, and New York University.

Intrition was developed during Myko’s formative years: patterns of creative paralysis, hustling, eating disorders, imposter syndrome, and injuries. She decided to focus on parts of her life within her control: introspection and nutrition. What began as a coping mechanism evolved into a deeper understanding of what success entails.

Myko’s artistry now spans music, dance, acting, and writing.

She released her most recent song, “LIGHTEN YOUR LOAD” (2025), made while studying Carole King’s Tapestry; contributed songs to film soundtracks, including Tyler Ocasio Holmes’ Meet the Greens (2025) starring Bashir Salahuddin; performed as a vocalist at Debbie Allen’s HERstory Gala; a recent dancer with Laurie Sefton Creates; is an arts & culture writer for the Los Angeles Sentinel, and was a finalist in the Los Angeles Press Club's 67th Annual Journalism Awards. She is currently working with her marketing team on the release of her debut album.

Most significantly, she is a lifelong student, on an endless journey to polymathy.
